Presentation Night 2011

On Saturday the 12th of March 2011, the Nomads held their Annual Presentation night, this took place at the Eastbourne Angling Association.
As well as the presentation of the all important trophies, there was entertainment from "The Watson Brothers",
a buffet and a raffle.
There was a good turn out from Nomads members and their guests (hope next year is even better)
A good night was had by all.
Below are photo's of Nomads Members with the Cups/Shields they won in 2010.

Steve Domsalla receives the SLATER CUP.
1st was Steve Domsalla with 85 Points
2nd was Dan Wood with 82 Points
Tony Kirrage receives the FLACK CUP
1st was Tony Kirrage with 84 Points,
2nd was Ian Hopper also with 84 Points.
Even though there was a tie on points, Tony Kirrage won the cup, because he had a greater weight of fish and a greater number of fish.
Graham Lewis Wins the Eastford Trophy.
1st was Graham Lewis with 70 Points.
2nd was Tony Kirrage with 40 Points.
Simon Watkins won the Elson Bass Cup, Sadly Simon was not present during presentation.
1st was Simon Watkins with Bass totalling a weight of 2lb 2oz 8dr.
2nd was Bob Levett with Bass totalling a weight of 1lb 9oz 2dr.
Simon Watkins won the Heaviest Bass Caught in Bass Competitions, Sadly Simon was not present during presentation.
Simon Watkins won with a Bass that weighed 2lb 2oz 8dr.
Sorry, there's no picture of Simon with the Bass.

1st was Steve Domsalla with 87 Points.
2nd was Ian Hopper with 82 Points.
The winner of the Fickling Cup was Steve Hunt, sadly Steve was not present at the presentation.
1st was Steve Hunt with 85 Points
2nd was Dan Wood with 82 Points.
Dan Wood wins the Nomads Cup.
1st was Dan Wood with 156 Points.
2nd was Steve Domsall with 147 Points.
Ian Hopper wins the Eastbourne Tackle Shop Cup.
1st was Ian Hopper with 89 Points.
2nd was Phil Chapman with86 Points.
Steve Domsalla wins the Pier Coy Cup.
1st was Steve Domsalla with 304 Points.
2nd was Graham Lewis with 290 Points
Ian Hopper wins the Pilgrim Cup.
1st was Ian Hopper with 255 Points.
2nd was Steve Domsalla with 204 Points
Steve Hunt won the Miller Bass Cup.
Sadly Steve was not at the presentation night to collect the cup.
Steve Hunt caught a Bass weighing 2lb 14oz 6dr.
Sorry, there is no photo of Steve with the Bass.
Tony Kirrage wins the Alban Cup.
Tony caught a Cod that weighed 8lb 2oz 2dr. (See photo below)

Luke Huggett jnr wons the Paice Cup.
Sadly Luke was not at the presentation night.
Luke caught a Ling that weighed 3oz 2dr, 39.06% of the Specimen Weight. (no photo)
Luke Grote wins the Swift Cup.
Luke caught a Whiting that weighed a staggering 2lb 1oz 8dr, it is 139.58% of the specimen weight, and a Nomads Club Record. (see photo below)

Dan Wood wins the Young Trophy.
Dan caught a total of 217 fish in 2010.
Dan Wood wins the Species Shield.
Dan caught a total of 8 different species in 2010.
The Joy Cup was won by Macaulay King jnr.
Sadly Macaulay was unable to attend the presentation night
1st was Macaulay King jnr with 25 Fish.
2nd was Luke Huggett jnr with 16 Fish.
The Country Cup was won by Simon Watkins.
Sadly Simon was not there at the time the cups were presented.
Simon won with 311 Points.
Steve Domsalla wins the Officers Cup.
The Junior Championship was won by Macaulay King jnr.
Sadly Macaulay was unable to attend the presentation night
1st was Macaulay King jnr with 156 Points.
2nd was Luke Huggett jnr with 112 Points.
Steve Domsalla wins the Club Championship.
1st was Steve Domsalla with 521 Points.
2nd was Graham Lewis with 501 Points.
Steve Frost with the Inter Club Shield.
The Nomads beat the TOSSA's again.
